The barn was built in 1952 and renovated to include modern amenities we know and love, this barn has an elegant charm that with just a dash of historic beauty.

We are a new venue open less than a year. The building was a former Masonic lodge building. We totally remodeled it while trying to preserve some of the character. It has the original yellow pine flooring. Freshly painted walls. A small warming kitchen for renters or caterers to use. The restrooms are handicap accessible. Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
