I just toured the property and Wow, just WOW! I can't say enough good things about this place. First off, the new owner is amazing--super friendly, organized, and professional. You can tell she really cares about making everything perfect for her clients. The renovations they've done are incredible. The space is so beautiful--everything feels fresh and elegant. And let me tell you, the mountain views are breathtaking. It's hard to believe you can have such a picturesque backdrop for your wedding just steps away from the reception hall and ceremony space. I also love how everything is on one property. Having the ceremony space, reception hall, AND a private residence all in one place is SO convenient. No shuttling guests around or worrying about logistics--it's all right here! And honestly, this is way more elegant than the indoor conference rooms I've toured. The outdoor views here just blow everything else out of the water. We're so excited to book this venue for our wedding--it feels like the perfect mix of gorgeous, practical, and special. Highly, highly recommend checking it out if you're planning a wedding or event. This place is truly a dream!

We had our cocktail hour and wedding reception at the Portofino Hotel & Marina. There was quite a bit of staff turnover throughout the months during our planning process and we were nervous when our initial catering manager left, but we were so grateful to have Rain who took over as our catering manager and did an excellent job with our wedding reception! Rain stepped in seamlessly and was wonderful to work with. He took the time to understand our vision and provided suggestions to enhance our reception. His professionalism was evident in every interaction, which gave us great peace of mind during the planning process. Rain helped us create special details, like our signature drinks, and included thoughtful touches that really made our wedding day feel extra special. Thank you Rain!! We received numerous compliments from our guests about the delicious food and impeccable service. The venue itself is stunning and we couldn’t have picked a better reception location. I literally gasped when I walked into the ballroom and saw it all come together with the white linens, the gold chivari chairs, the white dance floor, the blue ocean and sunlight streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was even more breathtaking as the sun was setting. Our reception was more beautiful than we could have imagined and I’m so glad we chose the Portofino!

We looked at quite a few different venues across the state of California (from Piru all the way to Mendocino) and none of the others held a candle to how beautiful this venue is or how kind and helpful Crystal, the general manager, has been. We live in the Bay Area, so we relied heavily on Crystal’s recommendations for local vendors, all of whom were also excellent. The venue has a variety of ceremony sites, depending on your guest count and the vibe you’re going for. All of them are gorgeous. Every guest I talked to was completely blown away by this place. My favorite part of having our wedding here, though, was being able to spend the whole weekend with our wedding party. I feel like weddings are often really rushed affairs, where the people getting married barely get a chance to see even their closest friends and family. The hours surrounding our wedding were still a lot like this, but we also got to have breakfast and lunch and little moments throughout the day with our fiends that otherwise might have been spent driving or worrying about forgetting something at a separate hotel. Also the beds were way more comfortable than any hotel or airbnb bed I’ve stayed in recently. Not to mention the fact that the bridal suite is one of the dreamiest spaces I’ve ever hung out in.

On the day of the wedding, I felt really nervous and broke down crying due to my anxiety, but Jose and Tracy quickly came to my rescue, got me a bucket, dried my tears, and gave me water until I was ready to continue. April also helped me with any questions I had regarding the wedding day and even recommended an officiant. The Ranch Club truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and minimal decorations were needed. My guests kept talking about how beautiful the views were and how amazing and delicious the food was. The service was outstanding. Katelyn was the best coordinator and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the whole night. She was so attentive and kind! The Vineyards was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day! We chose to have our ceremony at the garden site and our reception in the ballroom. Our guests loved the venue and kept raving about the food. We had a very specific music-themed wedding, where we wanted to incorporate little touches of our story, and the venue and team were able to help us execute our vision seamlessly! They were very accommodating when we wanted to enter the venue early for hair and makeup and helped us with our timeline, which made everything on the day-of go smoothly. Along with that, their floral vendor, Maribel, really listened to my wants and made our wedding look stunning. All of our guests were blown away by the venue, the service, and the food. We came to Fogo with low hopes that it would be in our range, but after finding out about their packages we were BLOWN away by the prices!! We were able to treat the most important people of our wedding to a full on feast! Everyone was super nice and service was top notch! Would def come again on our own, overall, it was a wonderful time. The desserts were also super good, not to mention the drinks!

We Officiate wedding Ceremonies at our location and full service reception at our partner locations or you may organize your own.

We were looking to have an intimate, garden style wedding and the chapel was perfect. Sheila was wonderful to work with and answered every one of my million questions. She helped us with every detail and was such a rock for us on the day of our wedding. Sandy was a beautiful officiant and our guests loved our ceremony! It was absolutely stunning, we got so many compliments from our guests as well. Hard to believe such a little slice of paradise is just 30 mins from LA, it felt like a different world.

I don't even know where to start - I've had many of my clients host their weddings and events at the Landmark along with the other beautiful venues owned by L.A Banquets and each and every event has been more successful than the last. They always go above and beyond for their clientele and deliver more than what is expected. I have never had a bad experience, service, or meal at any of their venues! No wish or want is too big, they will always find a way to accommodate their clients needs. You can tell that their entire team loves working for their company and they treat it as if it's their own. I can go on for hours and hours but I don't want to ruin the entire experience for you by doing so, so i'll let you experience it yourself!
