The staff has over 30 years of experience assisting couples with their wedding day at the facility. They aim to offer exceptional value and service to each and every couple taking extra care to help couples plan on any budget. TOI Banquet Center's ballroom-style venue and tropical garden courtyard offer couples the ability to invite up to 180 guests for their special events. Their courtyard, complete with tall palm trees, is an ideal tropical location to host a ceremony. The banquet hall is adjacent to the courtyard, allowing the ceremony and cocktail hour to flow beautifully into the reception. In addition to offering venue space, the facility is also a hotel and can arrange for discounted hotel rooms for couples and their guests. The banquet center has plenty of parking, as well as wheelchair access for guests.

Event planners can also provide select rooms for the wedding party to use prior to the ceremony, so they can get dressed and styled in private. In addition, the staff can also assist with set up and clean up for each event, ensuring tables, chairs, and other decorations are properly organized. TOI Banquet Center also keeps an inventory of the following items for event use: Audio equipment, Barware, Chairs, chair covers China, Dance floor, Flatware, Glassware, Lighting, Linens, Tables, and Room Drapery.
