Formerly St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, originally built in 1850. The building was deconsecrated in 1974. That same year the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1981, The Verdin Company, North America's oldest bell and clock company, purchased historic St. Paul's Church. The beautiful building housed The Verdin Company corporate headquarters and the Verdin Bell and Clock Museum. In the late 1990's, The Bell Event Centre was created in St. Paul's Church. Featuring hand-painted murals, marble, stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, terrazzo flooring, & a cobblestone courtyard, this spectacular venue made for an unrivaled setting for events. The Drees Pavilion sets the standard for event celebrations. Located on the highest overlook in Devou Park above Covington, Kentucky, the 10,000-square-foot pavilion was built and donated by The Drees Company in 2003 to commemorate its 75th Anniversary. Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Merci is an open space dedicated to special events and weddings. We have a capacity of 150 guests seated. Guests can bring their own catering and decor services or book services through the venue. At Ivy Hills Country Club, you will find spectacular views of the surrounding golf course to paint the perfect background for your special occasion. From the crystal chandeliers, vaulted ceilings & wall to wall windows opening up to a breathtaking view of our golf course, to the attached outdoor veranda, Ivy Hills provides an unforgettable setting for your guests.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. We recommend hiring an event planner however they are not required but can be helpful in planning the ideal solution for your event. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption.
