We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage you to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

Their attention to detail (from interior design to every amenity) and the hospitality are second to none! The event garden is a natural oasis and the bar room is our favorite spot across so many venues. Our team LOVE working here. Little is needed when designing a wedding or event at The Gaston.

Not only is the place perfect, simple, intimate, and elegant - the family who owns the place is so pleasant to work with (that makes all the difference!) They were so responsive and helpful, all the way up until the day of the wedding. We wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding venue! We loved the simple ceremony room, reception room, nice patio, lovely bride and groom suites, nice restrooms, and their catering (CN catering) was amazing and DELICIOUS. The space is absolutely stunning for a woodsy outdoor venue - it's definitely worth it. Bri helped with all of the decorations and coordinating, and Byron was our fantastic photographer whose personality made the photo session fun and entertaining. The venue was beautiful, but it was truly the amazing staff that made our day so special. Bri was the reason I didn't have to stress about anything, and she ensured the day went off without a hitch. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. We originally planned on just using the park for both ceremony and reception, but wound up using the brand new Venue 1842 as well. Everything was beautiful. Our wedding was in October and we had gorgeous scenery all around us. Flowers in bloom, butterflies flying past. There's so much space and lots of options for ceremony spots. We had three locations we considered depending on the weather. For getting ready, I used the Dodson House, which also served as sort of a home base for family prior to the ceremony. We used the chapel to exit from to the ceremony and also retreated there immediately after. It has a small bathroom which is very convenient for a quick potty break right after the ceremony and before photos. There was plenty of parking for guests. It's a park, which means that people may show up to just use the park, but I think I only saw one person who wasn't a guest from a distance- it's plenty big enough for regular park goers to enjoy themselves while still allowing for some wedding privacy.

On the day of, their team worked quietly in the background to ensure everything was perfectly set up - I hardly even noticed them, but they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire event. The quality of their work and the value they provided was amazing. The venue itself has a cozy, country vibe with beautiful natural surroundings that made for a wonderful atmosphere. I was so impressed by The Meadows at Peninsula Ranch that I'll definitely be renting out the space again soon for another event!

My wedding was 9.27.2024 . It was amazing! The venue is beautiful, it’s so different from any wedding I’ve ever been to. Everyone loved how unique it is and the owners went above and beyond for us. They were truly wonderful. They literally built anything I wanted for the ceremony, they attended to the children while they made s’mores, they really went above and beyond. Pictures don’t do this place justice it’s absolutely beautiful!

Rehearsal dinner perfection! I wish I could give this rating SIX stars instead of five because they surpassed in every way. The food was amazing, the setting was warm, inviting, beautiful! Darrell, Jill and Donna were a step ahead of us at every turn. They accommodated our every request and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. Professional and personal! I would recommend Gather in Downtown McKinney for ANY event. Ours happened to be a rehearsal dinner for 80. . . but they could handle anything, large or small. THANK YOU Gather!

Chapel at Ana Villa was an amazing venue. My husband and I chose this place for the Mediterranean feel and the pews that the chapel had. When you walk in to the wedding venue you are just stunned by the beauty of the entire venue (reception room, cocktail hour, ceremony room and the bride and groom suites). The staff was nothing short of amazing as well. Everyone was so accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from getting started and picking our venue to our big day. We had a planning representative assigned to us at the beginning (Newshaw Varta) and she helped us get into all the food tastings and took us on tours of all the venues that WWE has to offer. Once we chose a venue, we were assigned to Chelsea Sproles, who did a fantastic job getting our profile/dashboard up and running with invoices/contracts, etc. She answered all questions that we had and was very helpful. Once we got further down the path and with how busy the staff is, we were assigned to Sydnee who helped us the rest of the way. Sydnee was AMAZING...she helped us with all questions we had and helped us get additional add ons added, finalized our big day and was with us by our side through the entire process. The communication that the whole staff had was impeccable, through email and text. Once everything was finalized for our big day, we were assigned to Kadia Kice whom helped us with rehearsal and our big day. Kadia did such an amazing job and had lots of patience with our big rowdy group. Kadia was very laid back and made sure to touch all the important items for the day of. On the day of, she was right by my side asking if we needed anything several times and making sure all was turning out okay. She kept us on time throughout the whole event and we couldn't be more grateful to have such a great staff to help us along the way. The staff really helped us to enjoy our big day and not have any of the horror stresses that you would typically hear about on wedding day. The catering team was amazing and had food ready right on the dot, everyone who attended though the food was AMAZING and very tasty. The florist, Tina, did an incredible job from the 1st day planning to the final day with all staff showing up on time and not running into any issues. Jenny, did our 4 tiered cake with 2 flavors and the cake literally melted in your mouth. We had cinnamon swirl (tasted like a cinnamon roll) and a new flavor they brought on (strawberry champagne). We had also asked for a cascade of flowers to be on the cake and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. The DJ on our day of was INCREDIBLE. We had playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception and he did a great job feeling the vibe of the crowd and having fun. The bartenders do only come with 1 so I suggest that you get 2 (depending on your final count). Everyone was very satisfied with the timing on getting drinks a the bar. Everyone at our wedding had the absolute time of their lives and had great things to say about the staff involved and how amazing our wedding turned out. I can't stress this enough..if you are looking for a wedding venue, PLEASE keep Walters Wedding Estates (WWE) in mind through your search. The staff makes it so seamless and let's you enjoy your engagement. We were very hands off during this time and we couldn't be more grateful.

My husband and I fell in love with this place when we first saw it and the pricing is great for everything they include! We didn’t to bring too much decor because the venue itself is already gorgeous and they already have some decor for use! The bar was awesome, didn’t need to worry about it and the pricing was also very good. Becky was great at helping everything move along on the day of. Overall, highly recommend this venue. Our wedding was beautiful and had that intimate feel we were wanting.
