Welcome! My name is Hailey I'm a baker and cake designer. Hailey Cakes LLC is a home-based bakery located in Gonzales, Louisiana. We specialize in full flavor cakes, cupcakes, and the occasional pie for weddings and any occasion!

Owners Felix and Cheryl Sherman, natives of New Orleans, opened the doors at The Ambrosia Bakery on December 1, 1993. Looking back, they can truly say that a lot of things happened for a reason. Beginning as a delivery route truck driver and working his way up to branch manager, Felix learned how to successfully lead a team of people in sales and marketing.

Tredici Bakery is a specialty bakery located in the heart of Baton Rouge's Mid City district. We specialize in airy French macarons, stunning wedding cakes, decorated sugar cookies, and seasonal pastries. All of our products are made in small batches by hand, using only the best ingredients.

With a love for baking and a passion for art, I began my journey in the cake world. It’s a match made in heaven and I am one happy baker! As a small batch bakery, I can offer many many different flavors from cake, filling & frostings. Simple to fully sculpted and detailed. Small gatherings to large gatherings, the sky’s the limit.
