With a love for baking and a passion for art, I began my journey in the cake world. It’s a match made in heaven and I am one happy baker! As a small batch bakery, I can offer many many different flavors from cake, filling & frostings. Simple to fully sculpted and detailed. Small gatherings to large gatherings, the sky’s the limit.
I love what I do and I am always available to answer any questions or help to make your day as special as your dreams have carried you. From your initial contact to your big day, I try to make it as uncomplicated and hassle free as possible.

Delicious and beautiful
Happy Cakes By Amanda was a delight to work with for our wedding. The communication was easy and straightforward, which put us at ease. The quality of the cake was top tier (pun intended). The cake was not only beautifully decorated, but tasted incredible too. We felt we got great value for the price. On the day of the wedding, the delivery was perfect and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
One Turned Into Many
Happy Cakes made my wedding cake in 2018. That wedding cake turned into many birthday cakes, graduation cakes and whatever the occasion calls for cakes. Ms. Amanda's cakes are always fresh and delicious. They are way more flavorful than any other I have sampled. The fact that she books so quickly and has a ton of repeat customers is a testament to her talent. I highly recommend you give her a try. Pictured is my husband's, the hunter, bday cake, my shark themed birthday cake that incurred a slight mishap before we took a picture but the details are remarkable... also our wedding cake that had details all around it of the things both of us love!
The best cake I’ve ever had!!
I could not have found a better person to make my cake. I told Amanda my thoughts and she made it a reality. The white chocolate cake was the best cake that I have ever had. I loved her cake so much that she did my grandsons birthday cake.
