1766 Fort is a 2400 sq space located in Lincoln Park, MI available for your event needs. We are one of the few rental spaces in the area with everything you need to make your event happen. We have multiple packages to choose from and offer catering in select packages. Here is where you can have your event for any occasion including but not limited to: Weddings, Receptions, Birthdays Seminars, Conferences, etc. We are here to serve you, assisting with taking some of the burden off of your hands when planning your event. Come to 1766 Fort for everything you desire for your event needs at an affordable cost.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility.
