Three Oaks Farm is located in LaGrange, Georgia ( just an hour south of Atlanta, GA) and features over 140 acres of rolling pastureland nestled in the small community known as Rosemont. Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

A waterfall trickles into the Koi pond. Inside the traditional Georgian mansion is a gorgeous ballroom with square columns and tall windows for an airy, classic feel. The cuisine is provided by A Divine Event, Magic Moment’s catering division. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, the chefs create heavenly dishes. In addition, they use local produce as much as they can, for quality you can trust. Magic Moment’s also offers decorations through their Design Studio. Flowers, décor, and facility upgrades are all taken care of through these trendy exclusive in-house designers.

Couples really love all the outdoor space at our venue. Guests are invited to enjoy the space as well as photographers to take pictures in so many areas of the venue. We also have a B and B in the mansion and have a package that includes an overnight for the Bride and Groom as well as 2 guests with breakfast! This magnificent Georgian-style home was built in 1914 for Cornelius Vanderbilt Truitt, a financier, and businessperson, by P. Thornton Marye, whose most famous project was the design of The Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta. In 1937, the house was purchased by Nasour and Mary Mansour, the first generation of dry goods merchants known regionally for their Mansour’s Department Stores, first in LaGrange and then in other major cities in the region. The Truitt Vanderbilt Club has an incredible array of unique and experiential rooms, nooks, porches, crannies, lawns, and one-of-kind spots to make your special event very special. This spacious brewery located one block from the town square of Marietta, Georgia is the ideal setting for an industrial yet elegant wedding aesthetic. The Foxglove is a wedding venue located in the historic downtown of Marietta, Georgia. Owners Kacey and Hillery Cecil developed this space out of love and passion for antiquated buildings. Their mission was to retain the building’s authentic charm while enhancing it with modern and refined accents. Complete with a romantic courtyard outside, this is a suitable venue for weddings and memorable occasions.

We offer a beautiful rustic chic barn with bridal and grooms suite. We offer indoor or outdoor sites. We have a doctor closet full of simple and elegant decor that you can use free of charge. You get use of the venue all day on Friday from 9am-9pm to set up the space and make it your own. You also get a day of coordinator that is included in the price. She will come on Friday to do a rehearsal for your bridal party. On Saturday you get use of the venue from 9am until midnight. We provide you with staff during your wedding to help with anything that needs to be done. You also get two parking attendants and golf cart service for an hour prior to your wedding.
