Evanston’s first brewery, Temperance Beer Co. is host to weddings, corporate events, family reunions, board meetings, team building events, birthday parties, and fundraisers. In 14,000 square feet, the spaces feature full ceiling sky lights, architectural award winning tap room, exposed brick, gleaming tanks, and wooden barrels. Get out of the banquet halls, boardrooms, and tired hotels and into the living, breathing space where award-winning elixirs are made. You may used just the brewery or do a full buy-out and use the entire space which includes the tap room and outdoor deck.

The Sun Porch can be used as a wedding suite or additional seating during cocktail hour, providing multiple settings for your friends and family to enjoy. The double staircase off the marble foyer leads to the dramatic Grand Ballroom, the perfect place for dinner and dancing. The Woman’s Club allows you to select a caterer from our broad list with various price ranges to accommodate your budget. Our caterers are very familiar with the Clubhouse assuring your event will run smoothly. Dinnerware, tables, chairs and other equipment needed to host your wedding are included.

The kitchen includes a curated living room with a mix of vintage and new Mid-Century Modern furniture, free wifi, Sonos speakers, dual LG built-in wall ovens, electric countertop Whirlpool range, two reach-in LG refrigerator/freezers, tons of countertop space for prep and seating, and coffee/ wet bar. Equipped with all of the essential cooking tools and dining accessories. this bright kitchen studio is great for hosting a friends get-together, showers, meetings, family reunions and small intimate dinner parties.

Located on Chicago’s Northside in the beautiful Edgewater neighborhood, our pristine vintage firehouse, filled with rich wood, modern subway tile, and shiny tin ceilings, is the ideal venue for your next event! Our intimate venue comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests. Host your ceremony or cocktail hour in our lush, green garden space, and enjoy dinner in our vintage, rustic Engine Room. With our personal, hands-on approach, including pre-planning and day-of coordination, Firehouse Chicago is the ideal, charming space for your guests to celebrate any occasion!

L.Woods Tap and Pine Lodge is a Northwoods Supper Club in the honored tradition of timeless Midwestern towns. The warmth and friendliness of a North Woods supper club, right down to the high-beamed ceilings and pine wood paneling. We offer the simplicity and flavor of American cuisine; such as BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Fresh Fish, Prime Steaks and homemade desserts. Lynn’s Back Room is a private room enclosed with beautiful French doors to give your special event the privacy needed for that speech, toast or meeting. Lynn’s Back Room décor is the same as the restaurant featuring a cozy hearth to give your special event a special touch. Lynn’s Back Room accommodates groups up to 36.

With great pride, the Kenilworth Park District has preserved this community gem to be Chicago’s premier North Shore wedding and event venue. A location full of history and adoration, this Prairie-Style masterpiece was designed in 1907 by famed architect, George W. Maher and is a proud member of the National Register of Historic Places. Featuring an event capacity up to 200 for a seated dinner and 300 for a cocktail-style party, the Kenilworth Assembly Hall brings an elegant and intimate charm while allowing customization to make each event its own. Couples are encouraged to dream big and utilize all of our gorgeous indoor & outdoor spaces to make their wedding day dreams come true.

Previous residents added details reflecting the styles of grand movie theaters and the glamorous neoclassical revival flair of the 1920’s and 1930’s, giving the house a relaxed but unified mix of architectural styles. From the majestic crystal chandelier escorting you down the grand staircase to the marble fireplaces, we invite you to imagine the house is yours for the day as you invite family and friends in to celebrate your union.

Chairs, tables, good lighting, multiple backdrops within the space for ceremony or photos....we specifically designed the space in a way that makes it easy to plan a beautiful event with minimal effort.
