The Palmer Inn Estate features a stunning six bedroom main house, and two bedroom guest house on eight acres. We are located about a half hour from both the Outer Banks and the Virginia line. The estate is the perfect setting to host your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, and day-after brunch all in one stunning location. The breathtaking waterfront views create a magical backdrop for your ceremony, and the cozy guest house provides an ideal space for you and your wedding party to get ready on-site. The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. Located in the historic cobble-stone lined streets of City Market, the building was originally constructed in 1911 as the City of Raleigh's livery stables. In the 1950s it became the Ford Sander's Auto Dealership. Artspace renovated the building in 1986 to be an innovative hub for creative expression in the heart of our state's capital. Today, Artspace welcomes 30,000 visitors annually through First Friday art walks, Family Days, Summer Art Camps and more. Listed as a Unique Venue with the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department, the Raleigh Rose Garden is open to the public from dawn to dusk, 7 days a week. The Raleigh Rose Garden was dedicated in 1951, the finishing touch to the WPA landmark Raleigh Little Theatre campus. Since then, the Raleigh Rose Garden has offered a year-round display of roses, trees, and perennials. One of three accredited rose gardens in North Carolina, the grounds include sixty rose beds with varieties of hybrid teas, floribundas, grandifloras, miniatures, and antique roses, surrounded by an arboretum of evergreen and deciduous trees. As a good rule of thumb, the roses are typically in bloom between Mother’s Day and the first hard freeze of the season, normally around mid-November.
