“I've worked with Erica on numerous catering events over the years, she's always been a delight to work with and I was SO excited when she announced that she was going to open her own board business because charcuterie boards are my favorite - and often something I ordered from the restaurants she previously cheffed at. As of my writing this review, she has done a beautiful grazing table for a wedding I planned, and has dropped off a couple of charcuterie / crudité platters for bridal and bridal party "getting ready" suites. I look forward to working with her many, many more times as her presentation is impeccable, she knows the right combos of cheese / meats / nuts / jams / crunchies / whatevers to put together, and she's just a really cool lady/chef.”
