ACT 3 Catering has been serving the Greater Seattle and Tacoma area for over 30 years. We are a family-owned and operated business welcoming you to share with us our passion for great food and service. We offer a variety of different services ranging from buffet, family style, plated and stationed menus. When we staff your event, our menus include china or high-end disposable plates, flatware and paper napkins. As a complimentary service for staffed events we also include coordinating linens and décor for you buffet!

Perfect start to finish
This review is for our wedding that took place on 08/17/24. Hiring Act 3 Catering for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we could have made. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. From the initial menu tasting, to setup of our late night snacks on wedding day, Act 3 was professional every step of the way. Roslyn was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process—always responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful in making sure every detail was just right. On the day of our wedding, the staff was phenomenal. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests could not stop raving about it! The bartenders were amazing, especially when it came to crafting our specialty cocktails—they nailed them perfectly. The team made sure our plates were full, our drinks were never empty, and we truly felt taken care of the entire night. Beyond the impeccable service, Act 3 Catering made everything stress-free. The setup and teardown were handled seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy our special day without a worry. And to top it all off, they surprised us with the most thoughtful thank-you parting gifts and a signed card, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. If you’re looking for a professional, talented, and incredibly thoughtful catering team, look no further. We cannot recommend Act 3 Catering enough!
Wonderful catering!
Act 3 did a wonderful job catering our wedding! We held our reception at a family friends' place rather than a traditional venue, and Devi and her team did a great job coordinating and letting us know what they needed to make our night a success. All of the food was wonderful -- every guest I talked to complimented the food, and one even said it was the best wedding catering she'd had. The salmon and German potato salad were both excellent. Our bartender did a great job as well. Thank you for making our night so easy and feeding our guests!
Food was a hit!
We used Act 3 for our wedding and they were wonderful! Everyone LOVED the salmon and the kimchi fried rice. The bar tenders were great too and so nice, they even let me go behind the bar and fix my dress. So glad we chose them! They also gave us the sweetest gift to celebrate our marriage. Such a nice touch! Roslyn was great to work with and made it easy for us, even when we had last minute changes.
