“Geoff from Hidden Gem Visuals was amazing from start to finish! I decided on a photographer for my civil wedding at the very last minute; about 1-2 days prior to the big day. He was extremely responsive and easy to talk to. To top things off, his price was very competitive as well! On the actual wedding day he arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to go. Geoff was courteous, professional, and extremely kind! He efficiently directed our group of 15 people while simultaneously capturing beautiful pictures. As a bonus, I want to commend his attention to detail as Geoff addressed some members of my family by name despite me not even formerly introducing them yet! Upon completion of group photos, my husband and I then did a private photo session. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Geoff was his ability to make our environment appear a lot more beautiful and eye-catching than it really was. For reference, we were surrounded by government buildings, court houses and municipal property. However, his attention to detail and on-the-spot creativity set the scene for something much more amazing. In fact, some of my favorite shots were taken under very simple arch ways, greenery and benches you would normally pass daily without any thought. Geoff’s use of natural sunlight was the icing on the cake to add that extra cinematic feel to already flawlessly captured images. Lastly, the turn-around time for our photos was very quick and we were extremely happy with how everything turned out.
