West Milford Farm is an award-winning events facility conveniently located in East Cherokee County, just north of the city of Milton. The property is assembled around the original folk Victorian farmhouse and six historic outbuildings including: Original barn dating to the late 1800s Glass greenhouse, built from reclaimed windows from a local cotton mill Beautifully renovated reception barn Original 1890s corn crib. The reception barn boasts a brand new catering kitchen with granite counter tops, air conditioned handicapped accessible restrooms with bridal dressing room and a huge brick fireplace as the centerpiece in our large banquet barn.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Terminal West lies within the King Plow Arts Center in West Midtown Atlanta. The arts center originally started out as a plow factory but was converted into studios in the 1990’s. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta.
