We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please understand we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Refer to the FAQs to see if we are the right event for you!

We had a 40th birthday party at the Grange and the venue was just perfect. So spacious and beautiful. The MNC was super easy to work with and was able to put us in touch with a bunch of vendors to come and help (like a casino night card dealers, bartender, photo booth, DJ, Trolley bus for rides home afterwards for everyone, etc.). The event was perfect. The staff was super accommodating and helpful getting tables and chairs organized and it ended up being a party of a lifetime… which is exactly what we were hoping for. I can’t say enough good things about our decision to choose the Grange for a venue!

We couldn’t be happier with the Chapel at Palacios! We had already looked at several venues before we discovered this one. Upon arrival, we met Audra. She was absolutely wonderful with the touring and booking process. She worked with us and kept us within our budget. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She alleviated all of our concerns and fears with planning our wedding. Once we booked our date we were paired with the amazing Payton who is our venue coordinator. She made everything so easy, from planning seating charts to meals and everything in between. She is calm and laid back making everything such a breeze. We are absolutely in love with this venue. The Chapel at Palacios is like a little Italian destination wedding in Texas. The pictures are going to be a dream, who would think our wedding is taking place in Texas and not somewhere in Europe!

Highly recommend The Holly Vault Collection for your wedding venue! My husband and I got married at Venue One Eleven on January 13th. We had the most magical night, all thanks to the amazing staff and our coordinator Samantha. They were able to pull together everything I had envisioned and made it a reality. We got so many compliments from our guests, not just about how beautiful everything was, but how delicious the food was. Sam went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our day go smooth and ensure we were able to enjoy our night with as little stress as possible. We got married in the middle of a Michigan winter storm and they ensured the parking lot and sidewalks were cleared and salted for our guests. She even ran to the bridal suite for our wedding bands we had mistakenly left behind just before the ceremony! Lol. I will forever be grateful for her 3

Avon Hill was honestly the best venue we could have asked for. We only had 45 guests and the lodge housed about half of our guests which made the weekend that much more intimate. The views were absolutely amazing and the hospitality was just as great, Jocelyn was very prompt and willing to answer any and all of our questions and very accommodating to someone who added each lodge separately lol!!! The lodges had everything you could think of and Bruce's Barn was just amazing. It fit our group so perfectly and photographed so beautifully!

I cannot recommend enough! The entire Grands team was amazing to work with from start to finish! Joe (general manager) gave us an in-depth tour and made sure we knew all of our options. Mel (events director) made sure we stayed on track with timeline and choosing all the details. Larry (entertainment director) made sure our guests had the best time - I don't think the dance floor was ever empty! And we can't forget about Alyssa (day of coordinator) - she made sure the team had us covered in ways we would have never thought. She made the day stress-free, which was a dream! All of our guests had a great time and couldn't stop talking about how great the venue and team were. 100/10 recommend having your wedding at The Grands!

Every single part of our time at Stonebridge was so beautiful. The staff is so gracious and professional. Our coordinator, Riley, was an angel and made our day so special. The food and drinks were awesome too. Like I was ready for it be just average, just cause most wedding food is, but it was actually so good!!! Also the vendors they work with are top tier. Every single person we worked with was great and I am so grateful.

My daughter recently had her wedding at Harrington Farm and everything was just wonderful! The staff was accommodating , professional and very easy to work with . The ceremony was planned for outside, but it rained and the secondary sight inside ended up being intimate and lovely. I have nothing but praise for this venue!

Balistreri is an awesome family-run business that hosts private events outside of their winery/restaurant hours. We originally fell in love with the gorgeous ballroom, outdoor space, and super tasty chef-created bistro style food. They’re very flexible with outside vendors (though you should definitely cater through them because it’s worth it), upfront with pricing, and you have the whole space to yourself. When covid hit, our wedding plans changed dramatically but Balistreri was communicative, understanding, and compassionate with the logistical and financial uncertainties of 2020. We ended up moving our June wedding to September and were able to host our wedding within the current local covid guidelines (outdoors, less than 30, masks). It was completely gorgeous and our guests had a great time. Plus we finally got married! We’re very grateful to have worked with Lauren, Mattie, and Julie and wish them all the best.

This is for a three-day package. The day before for setup, decorating and the rehearsal, the day of, and the day after for cleanup.

Oaks of Devonaire is not only a beautiful venue at an incredibly reasonable price point (hands down the best in the area for 3 days!), but the venue owners truly are so kind and accommodating! There are many locations for portraits and all are stunning! I can't wait to capture many more love stories at Oaks of Devonaire.

Justin and Josh are so incredibly helpful and make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. The food was great and the venue is beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind is that these are cabin and can be a little rustic but the beds were comfy, there was AC, and they’re clean! I loved having my wedding here and would definitely choose them again!

She was helpful in giving us some seating setup suggestions as well. We chose the full package which I’m glad we did as we needed that extra time in our day for what we envisioned our day to look like. It was perfect and magical! We did pay extra for the night clean up and it was So Worth It! We were all tired and it made the exit process so much easier. I highly recommend Gable Hill. It’s beautiful and the staff was great from beginning to end. 10 out of 10!

Dover Hall is is such an amazing venue and only made better by the staff and service. My wife and I were married here in March 2023 and could not have asked for a better venue. From the moment we toured Dover Hall back in 2022, we knew this would be the place for us. From the beginning, Rachel was such a pleasure to work with and we can't say enough great things about her. As we approached our date, Silvia came on-board and took the lead without hesitation. She was instrumental in organizing all of our details and worked so well with our Planner and the rest of our vendors. The week of the wedding was made so much easier with the help and guidance of both Silvia and Rachel, along with the rest of the Dover Hall staff. Each and every one of them was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and kept our thoughts and wishes at the top of their priority from Day 1. The wedding itself was truly amazing; everything we had dreamed of and more. From the outdoor ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the ballroom reception, all of the logistics of the day were handled and executed flawlessly. The food was absolutely amazing and I cannot understate how many compliments we received from our guests. It only added to the amazing night they helped us pull off; we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Dover Hall!!!

She knew how bad I wanted an outdoor wedding, so she was watching the weather and made sure to have everything as organized as possible to take it outside weather permitting. When The Century advertisement popped up on my Facebook in December 2023, I knew I had to go and see it for my own eyes. A week later, I booked an appointment and first met with Crystal Brouwer. She gave me the tour, and I absolutely fell in love with the venue. Crystal was so patient, honest and understanding. I knew I had to book this venue, and lo and behold; May 25, 2024 was booked for me (and my fiance) of course. Then I met Tatiana Lopez. My coordinator, savior and all around superwoman. She coordinated our tasting, our floral appointments with decorations… I must have emailed her over 500 times. And she was so patient, understanding and she also alleviated any anxiety. All the small details, the big details, the details I didn’t even think of… she got it done! Chef Robert Root was in charge of our Buffett dinner. Our first tasting did not go as well, so we were able to do another one. Needless to say; the dinner was a success. (Guests would not stop complimenting the food.) The day of my wedding; Tatiana was there every step of the way. I would have forgotten to eat and drink if it weren’t for her! I blinked and I swear everything was going by so fast, and Tatiana was here to cue us and kept the timeline on track. Before I knew it, everything was packed and ready to go for us. It was all so flawless. And that is because of Tatiana! Thank you The Century team!l for making my wedding day dreams come true!

We loved the bride and groom suites in the morning and getting to enjoy the venue before the party started. The food was amazing, and we got so many compliments it. The space was large and pretty. We loved how there was a patio outside the ballroom to cool off when dancing or enjoy the beautiful creek view. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and I can’t imagine a more perfect venue. It was an absolute pleasure working with all of the staff at Normanside.

The modern building provides ample spots for great photos, and there's is a park right down the road that provides more of a nature vibe if you're also looking for that for some of your photos. We hosted a sorority graduation event for 40 families with 200 people gathered for both dining and live music. Even though Live Wire does not provide food, they do allow catering and were super helpful, coordinating with Saucehouse to make dinner fabulous. The space itself is cool, roomy and has both inside and outside areas that worked perfectly for our dining needs and live music. The staff was amazing. They made sure the band and tech were all covered and made the transition from dinner to dancing seamless. Erin and Erika were our contacts and they simply performed without fail. From our first inquiry to our final email, they were amazing. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges, and they have a digital platform for easy payment and communication. I can not say enough about this event space and the Live Wire staff. Thank you for making this night memorable. What a way to send these graduates off!

413 on Wacouta is such an amazing venue and it was perfect for our wedding! The building has so much character we really didn’t need to do a ton of extra decorating and just let the spaces shine. It has a very Beauty and the Beast, speakeasy vibe which made for a beautiful and romantic setting. We had a little over 100 people which I felt fit the space well. Victoria is so much fun and was really wonderful to work with also! She sent photos and videos she had taken throughout the day and was such an asset in ensuring our day was special and ran smoothly. 10/10 I highly recommend if you are looking for an intimate, romantic downtown setting with a ton of charm!

Coming into the space originally I couldn't actually fully picture what the Studios might look like for a formal wedding venue and I was blown away by how it was transformed! I don't know that they still have her up but the blown-glass mermaid hanging from the center of the ceiling was one of my favorite parts. We were able to customize a lot and used different rooms for various purposes. If you want guests to be able to tour the rooms, I would recommend doing it for a cocktail hour since people can get pretty spread out and hard to keep track of otherwise. We got a lot of compliments on the food, especially the buffalo cauliflower bites, and they helped us design our signature drinks at the tasting. We were able to bring in our own dessert. They also helped us set up a projector for a slideshow during dinner and the sound system for the DJ. We did rent chairs and tables from an outside source for dinner so I'm not sure if they provide those for Studio A or just the ones for the restaurant area. The staff was professional and personable and took the time to make sure we had helpful accommodations for my disability.

Memorial House At Memory Grove Park

The area which now comprises Memory Grove Park was set aside as a city park in 1902. The park however, remained unimproved until the 1920s when the women of the Salt Lake chapter of the Service Star Legion asked the city to designate the park as a memorial honoring America's soldiers and spearheaded the planting of trees and placement of monuments in the park. Memorial House was constructed around 1890 as a stable and equipment storage shed for contractor Patrick J. Moran. When Salt Lake City acquired the park area in 1902, the city's water department used the building as their barn, tool shed, and blacksmith shop as it was located directly across from the city's water intake structure on City Creek. In 1926, Salt Lake City leased the building to the Service Star Legion which planned to use it for veteran's activities and they renovated it to become an events center, there have been weddings held at Memorial House ever since. Now operated by Preservation Utah.

The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.

I found The Heights Villa through a friend who was looking for a quince venue. I had no idea they had taken the old neighborhood church and turned into something spectacular. When I visited the venue I fell in love, then I met the owners. Brendan and Cathy are nothing short of LITERAL angels on earth. They make you feel like you’re home, like you’re exactly where you should be. I toured several other Houston venues, some that were even double the price of THV and something wasn’t right. Every tour at the other venues made me feel cold and foreign, it just wasn’t right. Then I toured THV with Cathy and Brendan and I KNEW this was where I was meant to solidify my union with my husband. They made sure every decision I made was well informed and in alignment with my vision of my perfect day. There was never any surprise fees, lack of communication or shortness of EXTRAVAGANT luxury options for me to choose from. If I could go back in time and tour venues again, I would skip every other option and not waste my time. THV was a win from the second I stepped inside that gate and met Brendan’s smiling face. If you’re struggling to find a venue that treats you like a human being, puts your vision into play correctly every time, and elevates your special day from good to ANGELIC then THV is your venue. Don’t make the same mistake I did by wasting your precious time touring venues who don’t care about you, start with THV and watch your ultimate dreams come true!

I had my wedding reception at Fox Meadow Barn and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I reached out to Dixie, the owner and manager, I knew I had made the right choice. She was so easy to work with and always responded quickly to all my questions. Not only that, she provided resources to help me find vendors for all the services I needed. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients! The venue itself was beautiful and so well maintained. We especially loved the covered patio for our guests to enjoy cocktail hour and a break from the dancefloor. On top of that, the cows on the neighboring farm even seemed to want to join in the wedding celebration and came as close to the barn as possible. It was so cute and made for the perfect backdrop for our pictures. I would give Fox Meadow Barn 5 stars for their amazing service and beautiful venue. I am so happy I chose them for my wedding and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue!

We booked our wedding for May 2020 at Seventh/Place. Ani and team were amazing, great communicators, super flexible with what we wanted to do and the vision we had for our day! When the world shut down in March, we obviously had to push our wedding out. Seventh/Place was fantastic, so understanding and flexible, it felt like family. Even more, when we had to push the wedding AGAIN in May 2022 (we contracted covid the week of the wedding), the team was wonderful, helping us find new vendors and a new date (again)! The July 2022, long awaited wedding was perfect! The venue was exactly what we had envisioned and the team was once again a dream to work with. I can not recommend this venue enough!

We did a partial backyard rental the night before our wedding as a place gather and greet our guests who came into town early. We had 40-50 people in a perfectly sized reserved section in the back of the backyard. The rest of the backyard was lively and energetic with other Threes Brewing guests which added a nice energy to the overall backyard. The Threes staff (I believe their name was Fletcher) taking our drink orders was super friendly and quick. We felt well supported across the night. We also ordered food from Meat Hook (2 x sliders, 2 x chicken sliders, 1 x veggies sliders, 1 x hogs in a blanket) and would order a little more food next time if we did it again. We would definitely have another event with Threes!

I would absolutely recommend Sunset Landing!!! The customer service is top notch, superb! Michelle and Ashley sat down with me and made my vision a true dream and reality!! I had both my ceremony and reception under two separate tents in front of the pond. My photos turned out so great with the beautiful pond behind us in almost every photo. They helped me with setting the spaces up the morning of, which took a big burden off my shoulders and helped take down everything that same night. The sunset that came down right behind us was absolutely breath taking!! The goats and cow had my guests absolutely flabbergasted and entertained while the bridal party, my husband and I got our photos taken. Side note: I appreciate the amount of consideration they have taken to keep me and my guests safe, such as: the fence around the pond, etc. I will be a repeat customer!!

We had the most magical day of our lives getting married at the Hampshire House in early May this year. Right from the get go, Hampshire House checked all our boxes when it came to what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It has that old New England charm, is located right next to the beautiful Public Gardens and is the perfect size for an intimate, small to medium sized wedding (we had 60-70 guests in attendance). Most of all, the food here is beyond exceptional and some of the best we’ve had. We are major foodies, and having food that was well-plated, generously portioned, and above all delicious and memorable was a high priority item for us. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Sydney Turnbull and the Hampshire house team. Sydney is the most kind, professional, and detail-oriented catering sales manager and event coordinator and thanks to her, all our venue planning with Hampshire House was truly smooth sailing and stress-free. Sydney constantly kept us in the loop with next steps in our planning timeline, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for our wedding (such as floral placements during our ceremony, order and timing of toasts/speeches, seating arrangements, the list goes on!) She kept in contact with all our vendors, always promptly responded to our many emails, walked us through all the steps during our ceremony rehearsal —somehow making it seem much less daunting, and on our big day Sydney seemed to always be one step ahead, preparing and leading us through every portion of our wedding timeline in such a seamless way. Lastly, since our wedding ended late into the evening, Hampshire House thoughtfully held on to and organized all our florals, and various wedding signage and other items so that we were able to return and pick it up at the venue on a following day. This made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all night of and could end our wedding day with the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. Truly, we cannot recommend Sydney and the Hampshire House enough and if we were to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

The Woman’s Club of Evanston was the perfect venue for our June wedding! After an extensive venue search, we were so excited to find the Woman’s Club. The venue checked every box we had - close enough to the city for us and our friends and close enough to the suburbs for our family. The venue is also located right between a reasonably-priced parking garage and a lovely Hilton, which accommodated anyone flying or driving into our celebration. Our vendors also raved about the ease of working in that space, from the vendor parking lot to loading areas to elevators. The venue manager, Gretchen, was the best! She is an excellent communicator and answered all our questions promptly, and was on top of all the tasks that needed to be completed. The BYOB policy of the venue also helped us save some money on our beverages. The list of preferred caterers was great and we found someone that was the perfect fit for our fusion wedding. The venue itself is so beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was just right for us. The first floor is so warm and welcoming, and was perfect for our photos and for the cocktail hour. The second floor ballroom is grand and had such a wow factor. We were able to keep our decorations to a minimum because the venue itself is gorgeous. The space has so much natural light. We used the gardens outside for our first look, which made for some lovely photos. There’s nowhere else I would rather have gotten married!

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity.
