Located in the heart of the historic downtown district of Faribault, The 3 Ten Event Venue is the ultimate industrial, urban, chic event venue. The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio, and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio have been beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. With our personal, hands-on approach, we give you confidence, comfort and ease. From day one, you’ll be guided through the entire planning process, such as vendor referrals, timeline creation, and floor plan customization. We grant you unlimited communication with our staff throughout the entire process. The Capitol Room is located in the newly renovated historic armory of Saint Peter, Minnesota built-in 1913. The main ballroom is resplendent with over twenty chandeliers and hundreds of twinkling Edison bulbs all under a beautiful original wooden barrel-vaulted ceiling. Complimented by a backdrop of exposed brick and plaster. We have amazing suites for both the bride, groom, and bridal party. These suites have been carefully curated with a mix of modern and vintage furniture and the walls are covered with funky art that is flirtatious and nostalgic.

Our historic venue is located in picturesque downtown Northfield. This former National Guard armory, built in 1915, includes indoor and outdoor spaces and can accommodate ceremonies and receptions. It features tall ceilings, natural light, barn wood trim, and wood floors.

With the open floor plan and the atmosphere of an east coast art gallery, tables and chairs can be set up for whatever needs your event might have. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. The Winery is on the Register of Historic Places and has been in Cannon Falls since the 1920s. Cannon River Winery’s Event Center is located above the Tasting Room, on the second floor of the Winery. This upstairs space was the town dance hall and boasts original hard wood floors, exposed wood ceilings, and simple drop lights, that create a country chic style. As an extra touch, our custom built-in Mahogany bar edged with historic volkstead mirror glass.
