She was accommodating and willing to work with a small event, only two ladies needing services. On our wedding day, not only did she make me and my bonus daughter look incredibly beautiful, she threw in baby glam for my two elementary school daughters. They will never forget that experience!! Additionally, we had an almost catastrophic situation and she saved the day. My veil was returned “steamed” by the cleaners with a rip at the top. Jessie swooped in and tag teamed with my hair stylist to use glue from her toolkit and temporarily mend it so it would look normal for our wedding. They literally saved the day. “Sade was an absolute joy to work with. From the very beginning she was very approachable and listened to my vision. Sade is personable and made me and my loved one feel comfortable. Sade did my makeup for my engagement photos and wedding. I was going for a natural glam for myself, bridesmaids, mom and mother in-law, and she delivered. We all looked stunning. The makeup wasn’t just copy and paste, it was customized to flatter each one of us. There were some hiccups along the way, but Sade communicated with me the entire time. It was a little bummer not receiving the baggy with the makeup remover etc. that came with the package. But that does not take away from the high quality of work she produced. I can honestly say I enjoyed my time with Sade and her “assistant”. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“MU8 Bridal was the perfect choice. I used Patrice and her team based on the fact that I had a small bridal party - just my maid of honor and his best man. My maid of honor is a beautiful black woman and I heard stories of POC having a terrible time with makeup artists. MU8 promotes that they do all skin types and their online presence demonstrated this. When I did the pre-booking call, Patrice completely put my mind at ease for my best friend. A month before our trial - I had to have major surgery which required me to be quarantined for 2-3 months after. Patrice was very supportive and worked with me to get our trial rebooked even though it would have been a month and a half before the wedding. She even celebrated with me (much needed transplant). The day of the trial - it felt like a small party; she and her team (Bridget and Madison) were so much fun and asked such detailed questions. They nailed it the first time for both of us and we looked exactly as we had described. The day of the wedding was no different. They also did my mother's hair and mother-in-law's makeup. They were so organized and lively, so much so that we were ahead of schedule. It did rain and it was humid but the hair and makeup on everyone stayed perfectly. Due to some medical reasons, I had a massive bruise on my left arm. Madison was able to cover it completely and it stayed for the entire night!! I had so much fun with MU8 and WILL be using them in the future for any other makeup/hair needs. I have nothing but amazing things to say!”
