Each of its two floors is impeccably decorated equipped with a full bar. The main floor, located on the third floor of the building, features a commercial-grade kitchen. The top floor features a stunning floor to ceiling retractable glass wall that vanishes to reveal the seamless flow between their indoor cocktail area and their outdoor terrace space. Their selection of lounge furniture, dining tables, and interior decor provides clients with an endless amount of arrangements to choose from. The flexibility of the space makes the venue suitable for private parties, fundraisers, corporate events (both intimate and large scale), and weddings. The venue can be rented in its entirety or each floor separately.

“We absolutely loved getting married at Loft Lucia on Saturday, July 27th! We had our ceremony and reception on-site inside and our cocktail hour upstairs on the rooftop for 70 guests. The space is incredible and is gorgeous in both the daylight, with tons of natural light, and at night (the lighting was perfect with just candles)! Rebecca and the Loft Lucia team made the entire process easy, and were very responsive and always extremely helpful. We are so happy with our decision and could not recommend Loft Lucia more! “WOW best time ever! I am overjoyed to have married my husband at Astoria! They have the most amazing staff, it felt like they were part of the family & were wedding guests that we absolutely loved ! Everybody was raving about the place & many of our guests want to come back for parties of their own! The food was phenomenal ! Set up was beautiful ! We were told by all our guests that the ceremony set up & service was hands down the greatest ceremony they have ever seen! They said the reception was equally as amazing! We could not have asked for a better wedding THANK YOU !!! (Seriously the staff is out of this world !!!!!!!)”
