We were able to use his app easily to think through what we wanted the night to feel and sound like. The app included useful spotify playlists to help us decide what types of songs we might want to consider for the big moments throughout the evening (entrance song, first dance, parent dance, etc.) We were able to work with him to customize how long we wanted certain songs to be as well. We could tell from the start that Collin wanted to make sure to do everything possible to make our night what we wanted it to be and he succeeded! “This is your DJ. Without a doubt one of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding was hiring Exceptional Entertainment. We worked with Joe, and he was very communicative. He was the vendor we met with the most, and even though that may sound excessive for a DJ, it really isn't. The DJ is the life of the party for a wedding, so it's 100% worth it to invest the time & money into it if you and your guests want to have a great night. Joe did a phenomenal job with the transitions and kept people out on the dance floor. We also had their Photo Booth services and it was a hit with the guests. The picture quality was great and guests could get a copy sent to their phones immediately after. Another cool add-on they offer are their cold spark machines. If you're looking for an alternative to the sparkler exit, these have the same affect in wedding photos but less of the chaos of having to organize and manage all of your guests with sparklers. They were beautiful and definitely added a "wow factor" to the night. Overall, it truly was the best night of my life and I have Joe to thank for playing such a vital part to that. (P.S. if this wasn't enough to help convince you, three of my wedding guests actually booked with Exceptional Entertainment soon after for their own weddings because of how much fun they had!)”

“Our wedding was at Erickson Farmstead July 13th, 2024. We were very un organized. We forgot to submit our music, despite the texts, calls, and emails, we just were focused on other parts of the wedding. We didn't realize how much this DJ company actually does!
