A Rhode Island landmark, Stepping Stone Ranch encompasses 118 acres and was built in rural West Greenwich during the mid-1950s by the Davis family. Nauticus Marina was built in 1985, as one of the home bases for building/training of the American3, leading to victory of the America’s Cup in 1992. A few years after the win, the Marina was turned into a rental dock for boat lovers/owners everywhere.
