We host weddings and other private functions April through December. Events can be held in the Museum’s East Gallery through December 31.
The maximum number of people depends on which parts of the campus you rent, and/or what size tent(s) you rent, if you rent a tent(s).
This is something you will discuss and plan with your caterer. All events at PMPM require approval from the Town of Provincetown’s License Board.

It is possible to host daytime events. If we close to the public early, projected revenue loss will be included in your proposal.
No, there is not. We are happy to talk to your caterers about how other caterers execute beautiful food events here on High Pole Hill.
There are bathrooms available for your guests. Your rental fee includes access to these facilities. If you wish to add additional facilities, we can suggest businesses that rent portable toilets.
Yes. You can reserve a block of spots for your Guests, which we can include in your proposal.
Yes, we require 50 percent when you sign the Contract Agreement, which reserves your date. The rest is due 30 days before your wedding.
We accept all major credit cards and bank checks. We send STRIPE invoices so clients can pay online for faster contract execution to secure the preferred date.
No, we do not, which is why we highly recommend you rent a tent for any outdoor events.
Absolutely. Our campus is ADA-compliant. Our team is happy to answer specific questions and accommodate special requests.
The Town of Provincetown requires our clients to have certain licenses and liability policies, including a oneday Entertainment license, a one-day Liquor license, and Event Liability insurance. The process to obtain each is simple, straightforward, and we can walk you through each one. We recommend starting the application process when you sign the Contract Agreement with us.
Yes! We have two (GiggaBoxes) that are available for rent that will provide ample power for your caterer and tent lighting.
Yes! We have basic Wi-Fi for guests. We highly recommend our premium Wi-Fi package, which gives you a dedicated, private domain with higher speeds for photo and video use.
