Great outdoor space in a magical wooded glen of trees and lights - adjacent is a 40X60 covered wedding pavilion with a fire pit - all set in a secluded, wooded area with large open fields, as well. Couples may have their ceremony in a wide open field surrounded with trees - totally private - or in the Glen, a magical forest of trees with a stone path.

“We have curated a garden oasis so you can get lost in your moment.” Moser Manor Farms is nestled on six acres in the heart of Hixson Tennessee, although we are just a short 15 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. Our microvenue includes the coveted Greenhouse for intimate ceremonies. We also have the outdoor Rose arch blanketed by a luscious landscape and beautiful trees. Our 62x60 signature black and white barn has concrete floors and chandelier lighting with a caterers kitchen and bathrooms. We have a bridal suite and grooms suite. A pavilion is also attached for outdoor entertaining. We have two ceremony sites on the farm. Our sought after greenhouse can accommodate 35 people. Our garden arbor can accommodate our maximum capacity of 50 people. With your rental, you have access to our decor closet. We also have a guest house that houses 4 that can be used for your wedding party.

Built in 2007 and remodeled in 2022, The Barn at Sunrise Farms sits atop Sand Mountain overlooking the hills and valley of North Georgia. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, the rolling hills, lush green pastures and Tuscany-style barn on this family-owned and operated horse farm makes the ideal backdrop for any wedding. Yarborough Mill is an indoor/outdoor venue and can accommodate up to 150 guests. The rustic Pavilion at water’s edge is the perfect place to say, “I do.” The Bridal Cottage provides plenty of room for the wedding party to get ready and assemble before the ceremony and doubles as a guest house that can accommodate up to 11. After your ceremony, celebrate with up to 150 of your closest friends in the 1849 Mill. In 2015, James and Marissa Lowry hosted their wedding on the property. With over 400 guests and a beautiful ceremony under the Osage tree, an idea was brought to life. With hard work, dedication, and of course faith, James and Marissa sought to build a place where Family and Friends come to gather. Our modern barn provides the perfect reception space. Inside you will find beautifully placed round tables for guests and long wooden tables and chairs for the bridal party.
