Opening in October 2020 as Fall Line Station, the building's exposed brick, railroad trusses, wooden beams, and ironwork perfectly accentuate the beauty of our industrial-chic event space. Our total capacity is 400 guests, with separate ceremony and reception spaces to easily customize the venue for your special day.

Nestled on three beautifully landscaped acres in Marshallville, Georgia, this Southern Colonial mansion was built in the 1860s and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its interior boasts a gorgeous bridal suite, several intimate entertaining spaces, and five luxurious bedrooms able to accommodate up to 14 overnight guests. Outside, a charming gazebo, a bamboo garden, and a pergola hidden among 100-year-old pecan trees are just a few of the picturesque ceremony sites where you can say “I do.” To celebrate this happy occasion, plan an unforgettable outdoor wedding reception on the estate’s expansive 4,000 sq ft deck or beneath a pristine white tent on its sprawling front lawn; both are exceptional places to wine, dine, and dance the night away with all your family and friends! Located in the beautiful Georgia Piedmont, this lovely c1820 property is on the National Historic Registry and has a Georgia Historical Marker as well. Legend has it that Dr. Reese purchased the home in Savannah and had it moved board by board in 1820 to its present location. It now sits on just under 2 acres and has frontage on three streets. It is two blocks from the Monticello Town Square that the house predates.

The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day.
