We specialize in high-end wedding cakes inspired by nature, fine art, and unique textures and patterns. Our name comes from the comic ballet Coppélia- The Girl with the Enamel Eyes. Ballet has been a major part of Kenzie's life since the age of five. She fell in love with the story of Coppélia through her countless hours in the dance studio. When choosing a name it only made sense to combine her two passions of dance and sugar art, and so became Coppélia Cake Design.

I live in Glenwood Springs with my husband and two little boys, Jameson and Dax. We love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been creating wedding cakes for over 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts!
