“Our experience with Nicky Avalo has exceeded all our expectations. We had heard about Nicky’s services from friends who have attended previous weddings where Nicky’s
presence played a large part in creating such fun and special memories. So my fiance and I were excited to get the chance to work with him. We have to say he lives up to his wonderful reputation. He has always been so accessible, responsive, and patient-making him such a joy to work with in the wedding planning process. Nicky has so effortlessly managed a huge deal of wedding logistics, from DJ services, photography, Photo Booth, working with other vendors, and helping us to think of timeline logistics from the very beginning to the very end of our wedding day. He is incredibly thoughtful and detail oriented and most of all considerate. We cared most about music and pictures and he matched us with a wonderful photographer, Jacquelyn Grace who was so kind, patient, and worked hard to capture the photo shot list we had and took amazing pictures of us on the skyline. So happy she was able to capture so many beautiful memories that we will cherish forever! Our photo booth was also a hit with the guests and the template he made matched our theme so nicely! He matched us with DJ Mike (Versatic) and MC Daniel who truly embraced our culture and made our Mexican American vision of a wedding come true. A true bilingual reception with music that weaved in and out our culture of Latin/Tejano music, to rock music like Bon Jovi, early 2000s hits, etc. Our guests had a blast! Nicky also went the extra mile when life made things a little overwhelming to plan our wedding on our own and we decided we needed a wedding planner. We felt comfortable enough to ask Nicky for help with our search and without hesitation Nicky helped us find a wedding planner within our budget. There is so much more we can say about Nicky and we cannot express enough how grateful we have been very his attention to detail that makes us feel assured that every moment of our special day will be nothing short of magical. Throughout our time together he always reminded us that our wedding was about us, and what we want, and was so thoughtful to make sure our wedding represented us as a Mexican American couple. He creates a lot of ease in wedding planning that provided so much comfort to us when wedding planning became inevitable stressful because we knew he was always a solid presence we could rely on. He even showed up to our wedding day just to check in that everything was going as we wished.
