The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio, and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio have been beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time.
