The Oliver is located in the downtown of Orting, WA. Located within a storefront space along Washington Ave, you'll find a beautiful neutral space with a modern boho feel. There is beautiful neutral brown flooring, white walls, and gold and natural textures as accents throughout. Because of its neutral design the room has options to be transformed into any vibe you are looking for if you opt to use decor closet items that the owner has.

The Ruins is a whimsical venue hidden in plain sight, in the heart of Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. For several decades, the Ruins was known as Seattle’s best kept secret, hosting private dinners and wild parties for its members. The Ruins boasts a maximalist aesthetic and is full of surprises big and small, including an antique life-size animatronic elephant built in 1931 for the Paris World Exhibition. The Chuckanut Bay Distillery is a vast and impressive building, featuring an industrial meets historic vibe. The 4,200 square foot Ballroom has capacity to accommodate up to 300 guests cocktail style, 240 reception only, and 160 for ceremony and reception. With an open floor plan that is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows, this enchanting space is reminiscent of ballrooms of a bygone era, with hints of our distinct Chuckanut Bay Distillery aesthetic. With a fully-equipped catering kitchen and expansive bar, this grand event space is the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and galas of all kinds. In addition to the Ballroom, there venue offers several other spaces for couples to utilize, including a private get-ready suite and a rooftop bar. The facility provides tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, and more. Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. We view weddings as an artistic, creative, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people. The MV Skansonia is Seattle’s premier waterfront venue. Constructed in 1929 by the Skansie Brothers, the Skansonia ferried cars and passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance for decades, before finding its permanent docking place on Lake Union and beginning its new career in event hosting.
