We had a tall order: everything had to be kosher and 90% of the food had to be vegan, yet it all still had to be delicious and feel upscale. I cannot count how many compliments we got on the food, especially from our meat-loving guests! Everything was gourmet and mouth-wateringly good. People kept coming back for seconds and thirds and wanted to know what went into eat dish. May I also mention everything was BEAUTIFULLY displayed? Gorgeous martini glasses and cups and little spoons. It felt like a Michelin star experience. Also, Tasha is the sweetest person alive; she got to know us as a couple and was genuinely thrilled for us on our wedding day.
