Beautiful Formal Gardens, pristine Natural Areas, a two-story hay barn, and a historic Mansion make Allerton the perfect place for your dream wedding. The historic Allerton Mansion features exquisite wood floors, marble fireplaces, elegant furnishings, and breathtaking views of the surrounding Meadow, reflecting pond, and woodlands. Each of our Formal Gardens creates a unique, magical space for a wedding ceremony. The Gardens feature extensive plantings and over 100 ornaments and sculptures. Set amid the beauty of an idyllic nine-acre farmstead, this converted two-story Dutch hay barn, with its exposed timbers and 30-foot ceiling, offers a rustic and charming atmosphere unlike others found in Central Illinois. The Music Barn seats up to 200 guests for wedding ceremonies. Because the Barn is not temperature controlled, it is only available to rent between April and October.
