This space is a versatile and expansive at nearly 7000 square feet. This ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests at banquet rounds, 380 at classroom tables and 700 guests seated theatre style. The Illinois Ballroom can be divided in multiple ways and is equipped with customizable wall-gazing and cove-lighting.

The Heritage Hall Ballroom is versatile and grand at 12200 square feet. Champaign-Urbana's largest dedicated event space can accommodate up to 750 guests at banquet rounds, 750 at classroom tables and 1200 guests seated theatre style. Heritage Hall can be divided into 6 sections and is equipped with customizable cove-lighting and advanced AV capabilities.

The Chancellor Ballroom is approximately 4000 square feet and can comfortably seat up to 200 guests at banquet rounds, 180 at classroom tables, or 350 seated theatre style.

Each medium-sized room is spacious and unique, providing numerous options for large meetings and small receptions. Beautiful outdoor patios adjoin to the Humanities and Quad rooms. Technology, Alma Mater, and Lincoln offer two projectors and screens for optimal meeting capabilities.

The Knowledge, Innovation, Excellence, and Loyalty Breakout Rooms are great options for small meetings, seminars, breakout sessions, and classes. Each room is 602 square feet and can seat up to 30 guests at banquet rounds, 33 at classroom tables, 55 in theatre, and 21 in a u-shape style.

Our newest 11,500 square foot ballroom, Heritage Hall, can section it off for smaller headcounts AND for various purposes for your wedding. Perhaps the most exciting option when renting Heritage Hall is to use the atrium lobby outside of Heritage Hall for your ceremony. The expansive wall of windows brings the natural light into the space, highlighting over 100 feet of the aisle for your "walk down the aisle". We also have color choices for the ceiling lighting in this area as well.
