9 Oaks Farm is located in rural Monroe, Georgia. The sprawling landscape sets the scene for an intimate wedding surrounded by cultivated gardens, towering trees, and pastoral fields. The Farm is only 25 minutes from downtown Athens and a short drive from Atlanta, making it the perfect spot for your destination wedding. We have onsite housing for guest, making it a fun filled weekend for all. We also offer in house floral! We also have a sister venue: 2425 Warehouse.

The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

Sparrow Grove Manor is the perfect venue for your next event with friends and family! This historic home has hosted gatherings of all sizes, from intimate baby showers to large weddings. With years of experience in weddings and events, our team members are experts in hosting unforgettable celebrations.

The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.

Carl House is an elegant, historic, Southern home, which was remodeled and in 2003 opened as an all occasion event venue. Carl House has lavishly appointed interiors and a dramatic grand ballroom with a classic curved staircase. The exterior landscape of the home includes an exquisite gazebo, picture perfect pergola, beautiful waterfall feature, covered porches, and lush private gardens. Designed as an all inclusive venue, Carl House offers many amenities including in-house culinary and floral design services, wedding direction, rental items, Mirror Me, and more.

We are Lawrenceville's first brewery! Our 200+ year old building sits on 10,000 sq ft of manicured beer gardens.
