Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. Some choose to do everything DIY while others choose to have a wedding coordinator, catered food and decorators come to prepare everything for them. Whatever you choose is up to you so it can be your perfect day on The Mustard Seed property at Your Home Away From Home in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. All of your guests can stay too in our 7 other cabins on the same 12 acres/mountain top.

The Mustard Seed Venue was breathtaking! It was so cozy and was perfect to accommodate all of us. I am an outdoor person and so I was right at home. Katherine and Wendell were so helpful and I felt like I’ve known them for years. They were also helpful because we live in Buffalo NY, and they helped us so much with other planning and recommendations etc. It took so much stress off of us. Since I love cooking and baking, it was my dream kitchen and pantry! I wish I could bring it home with me! I brought homemade cookie dough that I made at home to bake there. I also brought a frozen homemade wedding cake and frosting to finish the job over there in their absolutely cozy pantry! Baking the cookies there with my other daughter, who was the maid of honor, made it a very, very memorable family time for me. I will cherish the memories that we had there forever from the day before the wedding all the way to the day after the wedding! The weather also cooperated perfectly! The day was just so blessed! We LOVED this venue! Everything was beautiful, there are lots of places for guests to hang out while the bridal party takes photos, and the coordinator is very attentive and knowledgeable! The only thing I would suggest is to have in person meetings to discuss plans and expectations rather than by email or text!

Something Blue Mountain Venue was our first and only choice for our wedding venue. The views are breathtaking and it is like nature herself decided to give the perfect frame for every photo. The owner Lisa is wonderful and really makes it incredibly easy to show up and enjoy! She gave the best recommendations for vendors. Recent renovations even made a fully enclosed bar area perfect for sipping and staying warm in the winter. We had 35 people and it was the perfect size even though 35 was the maximum number of guests. Overall, not a chance in a million years I would prefer any other venue. From the beginning, Jaime and her team were incredibly communicative, answering all of our questions quickly and efficiently. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - we were blown away when we first toured it, as it was much more affordable than the other venues we had looked at that wanted three times as much. Milepost 1808 included so much more in their package, like tables, chairs, and linens, that we couldn't have gotten elsewhere. You will speak with one of us each time you email or call, and we will do our best to make you feel at home in our little slice of heaven. This sweet little chapel is on a piece of private property near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which means you get to enjoy the best part of the Smokies without having to deal with tourists, strangers, permits, or government regulations. This is an outdoor only wedding venue for your ceremony, and we have a bridal suite for the couple to use to change.
