Rustic, historic, picturesque. Pique Travel Design, located in historic Excelsior, pays homage to its name with thoughtfully curated aesthetics that evoke a need for exploration. Constructed in the 1940s and originally home to the Lyman Lumber Warehouse, this 3,000 square foot event space just outside Minneapolis enjoyed a complete restoration in 2014. The stunning amenities include reclaimed materials, a built-in tiered concrete bar and full-length deck that evokes the feeling of a historic train depot.

Surrounded by fields and forests, the Braham Event Center is a modern banquet hall with rustic decor on the outside and a modern, open floor plan on the inside. Our main feature is our large window with a view to beautiful birch trees, perfect for ceremonies in addition to receptions. The center can host parties of up to 400 people, with a large lobby and a library which serves as the bridal suite. Our on-site caterer, Kathy’s Kitchen, provides delicious and affordable meals. Willow Tree winery is a small boutique style winery located just north of the Twin Cities in Ham Lake, Minnesota. Established in 2003 by Jim and Barb Szurek, what started out as a retirement hobby soon became a family business.
