Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. Our two story grist mill dates back to 1860. Hold your event on the newly constructed decks surrounding the original structure. Mill Creek is an intimate wedding and event center for all occasions, nestled on 10 wooded acres in Griffin, Georgia located on US-19 right on the Pike County line. Our venue features amenities found nowhere else including the pre-civil war grist mill, open air pavilion overlooking the creek side ceremony area, a large cottage house dedicated to our couples to get ready in. You will love the bridal side and a private groom’s loft. In addition, the venue has onsite decor, catering prep area and 3 guest restrooms conveniently located.
