I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. Welcome to Sip and Social! We bring the sips to you with our mobile slushy cart to serve a variety of frozen cocktails and mocktails. We have over a dozen flavors, all made with premium ingredients; real fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, only pure cane sugar, and many of our flavors are organic as well! From Piña Coladas and Margaritas to Frozen Lemon Drops and Whiskey Cokes, we have a slushy for everyone! Any of our flavors can also be made non-alcoholic too if you don't drink or have guests that don't. Booking the Sip and Social cart is a special experience your guests will remember forever!

Based in Portland, the Traveling Tavern is a bar inside a trailer that comes to your wedding or event and ensures the drinks keep flowing. We focus on garden to glass style cocktails with local herbs, flowers and our citrus is always freshly juiced. From weddings, bachelorette parties, engagement parties, and showers- we've got you covered! This is a very customizable service, and an exact quote can be given once I know more about your event size, amount of people and types of drinks and services needed.

The Penny Whip is a 1970s horse trailer turned mobile bar. It is equipped with everything needed for our bartenders to serve beer, wine and signature cocktails in style. Our services are totally customizable to make your event unforgettable! The Whip has a 4-tap jockey box draft system, a sink, interior and exterior lights and is powered entirely by battery, so The Whip can go (almost) anywhere!

I’m an enneagram 2, Sagittarius, that loves long walks on the beach (I really do!) After working for a coffee shop for a number of years, I decided to buy the business, which is now Bow + Arrow Coffeehouse. The shop is a local favorite and hidden gem on the way to Mount Hood. We serve Stumptown coffee, pastries from Marsee Baking and Petunias, and offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
