The fleet includes: The Buggy (a vintage horse trailer with multiple taps), Geppetto (a nostalgic Disneyland concession cart), and Bardenia (a custom wooden satellite bar). Skilled bartenders craft custom cocktails using fresh, organic ingredients, while eco-friendly drinkware ensures sustainability. Hi, I'm Nicole, owner of Hot To Trot, and a passionate entrepreneur focused on creating unforgettable celebrations. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, I was inspired by my dad, a chef and restaurant/bar owner, to craft memorable experiences. As a self-proclaimed "flavor chemist," I love experimenting with local ingredients to create unique cocktails and event atmospheres. Warm, personable, and detail-oriented, I thrive on making each moment special. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family and cats. Do not sleep on booking this experience for your wedding or any other event! I wish I could re-live it, again. Every point of communication during this process was met with sincere warmth from Nicole. She was always very responsive and detailed so we were never left wondering what to expect. It eliminated the stress which is never ending in the planning process. Both my husband and I agreed, she was our favorite vendor and brought a special element to the day. The cocktails were a HIT. My guests could not stop oohhh’ing and ahhh’ing over the presentation and flavors! You get the whole package with Hot to Trot and an experience that will elevate your wedding day!

Absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience. Nicole was extremely helpful during the planning process and a hit at the wedding. Everyone was raving about how delicious the drinks were and how pleasant the bartenders were. They truly made our wedding experience unforgettable!

Nicole, the owner of Hot To Trot served our wedding this October and what a hit it was! Her drinks were awesome, she monitored everyone’s intake (which was a huge blessing because we come from a family of drinkers). Her cocktails were phenomenal tasting and garnished to perfection! Everyone loved her - we even invited her on the dance floor because she brought such a great energy to the crowd! Best of all was her flexibility and quick, on-her-toes thinking by having to switch the entire plan for serving from outdoors to indoors, thanks to the good ol’ PNW weather being unpredictable as usual. She re-worked the entire bar area without compromising what we had in mind and was calm and collected the entire time about it all. There is so much stress surrounding a wedding day but Nicole helped defuse a lot of it! She is fantastic and we can’t wait to hire her again!
