The engagement photos were done in NYC and the wedding was at a venue outside of Philadelphia. It was a true pleasure to work with Jess. She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, communicative, and prepared. The quality of the work in her portfolio speaks for itself but I cannot overstate how thrilled my partner and I are with the photos. She managed to capture so many lovely moments and the spirit of the day. The intimacy and beauty she brings out with her portraits are astounding—I have never felt more comfortable being in front of a camera and I have never loved the result so much. The variety of the media brings a beauty to the detail I didn’t think I would care about—the place settings, the venue, and everything else look great and are considered in composition and lighting. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.”
