In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors.
