A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. Magnolia Farm offers you the chance to create your dream wedding throughout our 40 acres of rolling hill farmland! We also have the oldest house in the valley right on our property, which is a pre civil-war home! Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special! Located just outside Franklin in College Grove, Battle Mountain Farm is 234 acres of breathtaking views and rolling hills. We offer an amazing 4,000 square foot climate-controlled Event Barn, Historic Farmhouse with an upstairs apartment, Horse Barn, Gazebo, Log Cabin, and Guest House as well as beautiful grounds with lake views. First Horizon Park (formerly First Tennessee Park) may be built for baseball, but the state-of-the-art facility is also quite versatile: fully equipped to turn the outfield into a concert stage, the warning track into a beer tasting line, or the infield into a soccer pitch. But not all events require full ballpark takeovers, which is why the club level is made available for business meetings in a luxury suite or a larger general assemblies in the Brauer Lounge.

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking Nashville's downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide a Ready Room, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror.
