Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. Each of the experiences was beyond excellent! His menu choices are extensive. The dishes are delicious and creative. Chef lemaire is always professional , on time , work clean always leaves his kitchen spotless and relates well with the guests to the point where each time I'm hosting the guests always ask if he would be the Chef of the day. “Catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding in October. All of the food was delicious. We had every Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, the dirt pudding,and breads. The porkchops are fantastic, the bbq is one of the best I've had. The parmesian chicken was a huge hit. We are from out of state and the communication was extremely easy. They even met us at a hotel to do a tasting (brought the food to us). Great people to work with and will definitely be using them if we have future events in the area!!”
