From parties of 2- 200 we have the staff, expertise, and experience to make your special day better than you imagined! Our owners, Chef Chance Smith and his wife, Stephanie, are always available and oversee each event to ensure the absolute best service in Middle Tennessee!

We aren't caterers, we are experience providers! Our chefs and service staff are all solely dedicated to making sure that your meal service goes beyond food and beverages and is elevated into an experience you will never forget! From bachelorette/ bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners, to the big day itself- let us show you what the PLG experience is all about!
