I would highly recommended this venue 100 times over! This place truly made the best day of our lives. Thelma the wedding planner was very organized and I never stressed on the day or even the days leading up to the big day. Everything was taken care of in the all-inclusive package that is extremely affordable! If I could do it all again I would choose this place over and over. This venue is for any type of wedding!

Had one of the greatest times of our lives staying at the Grace River Island Resort for our November Wedding! We booked for November 22nd - 25th and from the moment we arrive we were in awe of how breath taking the location was, just like the first time we saw it a year prior. Mike, Karen, and Skye were very attentive to our questions and needs, and everything was ready for us upon our arrival. All the amenities they provided were clean and fresh, ready for us to use, shout out to the cleaning crew! There was plenty of room for our wedding party of 20, and we spent four amazing days making wonderful memories with our family and friends. The sunsets here were truly magical, as we would often gather at the dock to take in the view and spend most of the nights cozy around the firepit. On the day of the wedding, their team helped set up tables, worked alongside the vendors, and were extremely professional throughout the day. I'll be forever grateful that Skye came out with a tray of food for me and my husband, thanks to her we could actually taste all of our catering menu while we were in the process of taking photos and videos! The hospitality that was shown to us by the Grace River Island team was impeccable and they truly made our stay there one we shall never forget. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING - was perfect. Meghan is the most wonderful person to work with. She made everything so easy for us from day 1! She listened to our vision and made it come to life. She went way beyond “day of coordinator” duties. She constantly checked in to see how the rest of my planning was coming along and helped in every way imaginable. We had a sudden an unexpected death. My husbands mom passed away 3 weeks before our wedding. We weren’t sure if we could even go through with our plans and she did not push us to. She offered alternate dates and gave us the time we needed to make such a tough decision. We decided not to postpone after all and Meghan went above and beyond again in helping us honor my mother in law that day. It’s hard not to get emotional when I truly think about how much she meant us throughout this process and how different things would’ve been without her. I’m forever grateful to her. I can’t say enough nice things about this venue, everyone who works there and even the members. Everyone is genuinely kind. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. We would get married here every single day if I could.

Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. This venue was AMAZING! Abby is the Vineyards event coordinator and she was absolutely perfection. Our big day ran smoothly because of her organization and attentiveness. 10 months prior, my mother and I met Abby during a tour of the venue and we were both floored by how respectful and kind hearted she was. The venue itself was stunning and a perfect choice for our wedding. It was clean, beautiful, organized, and extremely spacious. Thankfully the Vineyards is very comprehensive and they took care of all the table linens, floor plans, food accomodations, parking, etc. Every detail I could think of, the vineyards had it covered. Over the last year of working with Abby, she was extremely responsive to any and all emails and very thorough. If I sent an email at 10:30pm on a Saturday, she would respond by 10:35 that same night. She would remember little details like when I had exams for my Master's program and sent an email reminder to ensure all was well. She was truly a gem to work with. We were very blessed with this venue and with their very helpful and sweet staff. Also, the food was incredible!!! If I could do this day all over again, I would immediately book with the Vineyards. They are worth every penny and more! I will recommend this venue to all our friends who will be getting married in the future.

We had the best experience on TIME 4 U Yacht. Although their a bareboat rental they helped connect us with amazing crew, food, and helped with alcohol delivery. We had the most wonderful evening cruising on the yacht enjoying the views of the gulf. Hope to come back and do it again for another family celebration!
