Welcome to Molly's Cupcakes! Ms. Molly was my third-grade teacher. Whenever my classmates or I had a birthday, she would bake us cupcakes. She had her special recipe for chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. In honor of Molly and as a way to help our kids and community, a portion of our profits is donated directly to schools in our community. Every time you eat a cupcake or sip a latte, you help our kids. So eat up!

Molly’s Cupcakes opened in 2007 in the heart of Lincoln Park, Chicago. Within 2 years of being open, we won the Food Network Competition Cupcake Wars! This love of cupcakes started when the founder was just in third grade. Molly was his third grade teacher, and whenever there was a special occasion, she would make her special recipe cupcakes for her students. As John grew older, Molly’s care for her students never left his mind. He decided to open Molly’s Cupcakes in her memory. As our company has grown, so has our love for helping others create lasting memories.

My name is Karen & I’m the face behind Rosita Pink Sweets (no, my name isn’t Rosita - but that’s a story for another day). So a little about myself; I sold my first cake in the summer of 2016 to a family friend who needed an emergency cake after forgetting to order one. The thought of selling my own products quickly became a constant goal in my mind. After a few years, I earned my Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry degree in 2020 and my Business Management degree in 2021.
