Rosita Pink Sweets

My name is Karen & I’m the face behind Rosita Pink Sweets (no, my name isn’t Rosita - but that’s a story for another day). So a little about myself; I sold my first cake in the summer of 2016 to a family friend who needed an emergency cake after forgetting to order one. The thought of selling my own products quickly became a constant goal in my mind. After a few years, I earned my Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry degree in 2020 and my Business Management degree in 2021.

Even with all the inconsistency that the past few years have brought us, I was able to keep my education & business going. Although Rosita Pink Sweets’ products, planning, and social media posting are done solely by me, I do want to thank my parents who continue to be my twin pillars always supporting me in every way they can. They are great motivational support as well as my amazing & supportive husband who hypes up my work any chance he gets & believes I can do greater things - I couldn’t have found a better partner in anyone.❤️
