She even gave me questions to ask my florist for the flowers on the cake. The cake itself was so beautiful and tasted amazing. I am very thankful to find such a good vegan cake! “Claire made planning our dessert menu an absolute breeze. I wanted simple, minimal, and delicious for a dessert bar and she nailed it. She was wonderful about accommodating a quick tasting while we were travelling from out of state, and made sure to keep us in the loop on all updates. We had honey almond, spice cake, salted caramel, and vegan/GF chocolate cupcakes that were devoured by guests - we were lucky there were a couple left for us to save for ourselves! Claire also lent us some rustic display pieces that just brought everything together flawlessly with our rainy fall day, I could not have asked for better. I began this journey in 2015, my daughter who was 11 at the time thought it would be fascinating to have us start a bakery because it was something we could do together. Well, it has been quite a roller coaster and I have learned so much in such little time; every day a new lesson. I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.
