The mixing and transitions to pack as many songs in as possible was fantastic. We like a pretty broad range of genres, and he absolutely nailed it. There was also an amazing balance of music for different generations present - way better executed than we could have dreamed of. We also appreciated the pep talk for our wedding party beforehand, it really set the tone for the whole night! It was really nice getting to know DJ Pat leading up to the wedding as well. “As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!”

“I seriously can’t put into words how amazing she was and cannot recommend her enough. She was great to have around on our wedding day and I am so happy with our photos. The groomsmen didn't have their act together, even though she provides a detailed schedule, and she was totally chill about it and was like no biggie I'll be back in 30. My fiancé commented on how awesome she was (didn't comment on any other vendors) and one of his groomsmen did too (see first pic). This was before we even saw the pics and they turned out better than I could have imagined. At one point I told her I was done taking pics I wanted to go talked to people and dance, so was a little worried if we got enough shots, but was blown away with the results. I also told her I didn't care that much about getting ready pics but wanted a lot of guest candids and she delivered. She also got way more getting ready pics than I even expected. We didn't want to spend money on a second photographer and she was fine with that and got all the pics we wanted on her own. She truly listened to what we wanted and was incredible at communication and organization. On top of that, she is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and truly a calming presence during all of the chaos on wedding day. I feel sooo lucky we found her.”

We recommended some songs that we liked for him to play, and he took our suggestions and made a great playlist for the dancing. “BVTLive! was all around an excellent choice for our wedding. DJ Linx was amazing! His communication was incredible; he responded to our emails and messages quickly, usually within a few minutes to an hour. We ran through the whole night with him in a few video calls leading up to the wedding. We went through all family intro pronunciations and he double checked with everyone the day-of to make sure everything was correct. He worked with our day-of coordinator to ensure the timeline was correct and everything ran smoothly. We gave him a few spotify playlists that he stuck to very well, with a few additions that were perfect. He read the room very well and everyone had a great time - kids, adults, and older relatives. The midnighters were super easy to work with! They performed for both our ceremony and cocktail hour. They have a long list of songs they are able to play for the procession and recession, and learned one song from scratch for us - a song they had never played before - and it sounded amazing. We heard so many rave reviews from our guests about how great they were. We would highly recommend both of these artists and BVTLive! as a whole.”
