Hello Gorgeous! I'm Joie Blake and I own Joie Blake Beauty, a luxury all-client's inclusive bridal and special event beauty service company. We welcome and celebrate clients from all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, etc. We are Black, Latin, and woman owned! My team and I are highly experienced and passionate beauty professionals who not only love our craft, but are also passionate about embracing each of our clients beautiful individuality. This is the ultimate safee space for all clients. You can be sure you'll feel seen, empowered, and SO excited for your wedding day! Come check us out for yourself!
What sets us apart from other beauty companies is that we use only high-end luxurious products and tools to deliver the best result. We also are an on-site company, which means that we can travel to you wherever you are! This is awesome because it eliminates the stress of organizing pre and post glam logistics. We view our clients as more than business, but as our friends. Each of our team members genuinely cares about each of our clients and we value establishing lifelong connections with them. Our client's happiness and satisfaction are our top priority.

Amazing MUA and Person
Long review. Gist: She’s an amazing artist and an amazing person. Would book again. Joie is even more amazing than the hair and makeup services she provided! From the moment we met at my trial, we bonded right away with her warm and genuine personality, sharing a heartfelt hug at first sight. During our trial appointment, we shared so many stories that really solidified that bond. There was a moment when I thought I wanted airbrush makeup, but when I saw it, I was not a fan and Joie went above and beyond by immediately recognizing my discomfort and knew exactly how to alter the style to make me feel more comfortable in my own skin. On my wedding day, she and her assistant were punctual and extremely fun to be around, setting a joyful tone for the day. Joie transformed me into the most beautiful version of myself. Her attention to detail and her creativity were evident in every brushstroke and pin. Joie perfectly executed the trial hair and makeup, adding the hair pieces I had purchased and sent her pictures of and made me feel confident and radiant all day long. Joie created stunning looks that left my bridal party awestruck when they each saw their makeup and hair. With my wedding's garden theme, she did a fantastic job of giving everyone a soft-glam look to complement the springtime atmosphere. Each look was a perfect blend of elegance and subtlety, enhancing the natural beauty of the bridal party. Her kindness was evident from the moment we met and hugged at first meeting then on my wedding day, I caught her in that same embrace, excited for the continuation of our beauty journey. Joie's talents are truly extraordinary, and her passion for her craft shines through in her work. I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking a skilled and caring hair and makeup artist. Five stars simply don't do her justice!

Both Joie and Emily made the morning-of jitters a little less chaotic with their professionalism and all around, much needed humor! We went for a full glam look and Joie was able to match my skin tone and inspo photo perfectly! 10/10 you need to book with Joie!!!

Joie and her team really were the dream team hype squad every bride needs for their big day! As a woman of color, it was hard for me to find an artist in my area that was able to be compatible with my hair, skin tone, and cultural preferences but this team made sure to represent my heritage and did it was such fun and style. I felt extremely comfortable with every artist I worked with and they made sure I got the look I wanted that truly was not a traditional bridal hair style! They were even able to accommodate to my head piece and jewelry. Love this glam squad so much!
