Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. We designed our venue as an all-inclusive host to your wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal.
