I have been a photographer for 8 years. Throughout my time as a photographer I’ve captured clothing, models, and memories. I shifted from corporate shootings to families and weddings because it gave me this warm fuzzy feeling when I edited my couples and families photos. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me and ask about my photography style, my editing style, or my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend scheduling a free consulting session!

Grace shot our engagement and wedding and was so easy to work with! She was so flexible and worked hard to make sure my husband and I didn’t feel too awkward taking professional photographs for the the first time. Her photo style and editing is beautiful and true and we received so many complements for our engagement shoot. 12/10 would recommend!

Katie is an exceptional photographer, our families and us can not imagine what our wedding photos and engagement photos would have been like with out her. We started with Katie working on our engagement photos, this was a really special time for us and Katie helped make it even more special. She used the time to capture us but to also work with us on what we were comfortable with and what styles we liked. Throughout the entire time she was always spot on with communication and making sure we were taken care of. Following our engagement photo session she had photos available to us quickly that we could use to start sharing with our families and friends. Everyone we showed was amazed by just how great the photos looked from us to the the composition. Katie has a great way of capturing us while also providing works of art that are great for hanging and decorating. During our engagement session we decided to do throw color powder at each other and it was a fun and playful time for us. Katie was equally as excited and did a great job working with to get this special request captured. Leading up to the wedding day Katie was always right there making sure every detail for the day was figured out well in advance so we did not have to worry about photos on the day of our wedding. She provided guidance on suggested groups of people to take photos and other special moments that we would want to capture. She was very clear about the most efficient way to capture family photos so that we could get to our couples photos and so that our families could get to partying after the ceremony. On the day of we were amazed but just how present she was with all the photos while not being overbearing. We got all the moments we had requested and many that we did not even know to ask for. One of the really special moments that she captured for us was when our 80 year old Grandpa stood up insisting on dancing with our family. Katie hurried from across the dance floor to make sure that she was there to capture that for us. Those are pictures we will treasure for a lifetime and something that could have easily been missed but Katie was there. Throughout the entire process Katie made us feel special and a priority we are so grateful for her and her photos that we will be able to look back and see our special day for the rest of our lifetime. She is an amazing photographer and person, anyone would be beyond lucky to have her capture their once in a lifetime moments.

I'm Erin. I'm a photographer, traveler, and wide-eyed wonderer. I split my time between the Midwest and my bungalow near the beach in Oceanside, CA. My favorite pastimes include exploring Disneyland, watching Schitts Creek & Ted Lasso, and cuddling my dog. I have a loud laugh. I love cabernet franc, chocolate chip cookies, and I'm on a constant search for the best tacos in the world.

Working with Erin and her team was awesome! They’re so friendly and don’t miss a thing! It’s a real pleasure to work with vendors who make you feel like a priority and are so easy-going. Erin is amazing and we highly recommend her.

We ended up hiring him again when we got engaged and I still have guests to this day take pictures of the prints I have on my wall that Austin took. Rebecca Stephenson Photography

  • Serves Centralia, MO

Hey hey! I'm Becca and I’m probably the most camera-shy person you’ll ever meet! I admit, becoming a photographer is an interesting choice for someone who isn’t good in front of the camera, but I believe this weakness is the exact reason why I’ve become a candid and authentic photographer. Since I would hate for anyone I work with to feel uncomfortable, I’ve perfected the art of making you forget all about the camera. You’ll get to know me on a personal level and working with me won’t feel like a business transaction – but rather like hanging out with a friend who happens to be really good at capturing you just the way you are.

Rebecca was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I get very uncomfortable in front of the camera. Cue Rebecca, photography angel. We booked engagement and wedding photos with her and we are ridiculously happy with all of our photos; they are natural yet stunning AND you can tell we are having fun. Rebecca also was 100% down for anything when our wedding plans changed last minute and rolled with the punches all day on our wedding day (late flowers, late bridesmaids, you name it!) which helped keep me calm and stress free the whole day. Hire her, hire her right this second!!

Milkweed Moments

Homeschoolin, Home birthin, and Holistic mama that loves to capture Life and Love in it's truest moments and forms. My business has been a decade in the making from falling in love with photography in high school, to now... My love for Milkweed and my time spent living in Iowa has inspired my business name. I used to live near a conservation center with fields of milkweed. My children and I spent many days enjoying this haven of beauty and were blessed to see thousands of Monarch butterflies migrate to the Milkweed. I realize how fleeting these moments are and would love to capture your story!

So easy to work with and professional! My labor went very quickly so photos were in the immediate postpartum. I love how each detail was captured so intimately to tell the story, so I can look back on those moments. She respected the environment and helped in any way to make sure I felt cared for-above and beyond being a photographer. We also did some newborn/family photos a few days later and she was very patient with my full of energy toddler, all while capturing the sweet details of our newborn. All of the photos are beautiful!! When I asked for a few edits to the gallery it was done and updated for me quickly.

My name is Jillian and I'm a photographer and artist in Kansas City My goal is to capture you. Every couple, family, person is different, and I want to make sure your uniqueness comes through in the images of your special days. My style tends to lean into rich colors and textures. Are you a couple that doesn't want to have a typical wedding? I'm a photographer that doesn't want to give you typical images! I always tear up at hand written vows. I love my partner and my two dogs Moonshine and Chosen One, and my cat Bucket.

Jillian at Youngbird Photo (j.guthrie_photo on Instagram) is such a true joy and delight to work with. Not only did she come to photograph our small May ceremony, but she photographed a first look photo session with us after we canceled the reception!! My dress was in covid lockup in May, so I wasn't able to wear it at the original ceremony. Jillian made sure that we had pictures of the dress, and captured a first look moment for us, and that will forever mean the world to me. She even came over to photograph the centerpieces that we had worked so hard on!! She makes people feel so comfortable and has such an amazing eye for what will make a beautiful shot. She is immensely talented and an absolutely delightful person. And bonus, she works with any budget. She truly believes that every couple deserves beautiful photos, and will work with you, whatever your situation is. Case in point, she's done our engagement photos, our small ceremony photos, and now our first look photos, and in every instance, she went above and beyond for us. I will recommend her forever, and still cannot completely put into words how much she and her photos mean to us!

Hey y’all! I am Brittany, the photographer behind the dream team that is blkPhotography. I will be celebrating 15 years of business in 2024! I started this journey as a sophomore in high school with a love for capturing moments and memories, because they are SO important. I’ve grown throughout the years of weddings + portrait sessions and come to adore this “job” of creating and curating memories for my clients. It’s a passion I pursue every single day.

Brittany was a pleasure to work with. She put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process — from the initial Zoom call to the last-minute call the week before the wedding to calm my nerves with the tight morning timeline. The quality of her work was simply gorgeous — her editing style is so fresh and natural, which is exactly what we were looking for to capture the beauty of our venue and all the special moments of our day. Brittany even provided helpful posing tips ("shoulders back") on the wedding day to help us feel and look our best in our photos. The preview photos we've received are magazine-worthy, and we can't wait to see the full gallery. Brittany with blkphotography provided incredible value, and we highly recommend her to any couple.

Hi! I'm Taylor a Georgia based Wedding photographer, mommy, and cheesecake lover. Obsessed with: Family, Naps, and good books. I’ve been keeping it real since 1997. I started my business when I was just 17 years old. Since then I have turned that small hobby into a full time career photographing beautiful couples love stories. Throughout my 8 years in business, I have been lucky enough to photograph over 200 weddings throughout Georgia and the other southern states.

As a wedding officiant, I have the pleasure of working with so many different vendors, photographers in particular, and I can honestly say that Taylor is one of the best! Working with her is always fabulous! Her professionalism, creativity, and dedication to capturing perfect moments and special details are second to none. She puts couples at ease with her easy going nature which helps them to relax around her and act naturally, in turn allowing her to capture a variety of gorgeous shots. During the ceremony itself, she blends seamlessly into the background while effortlessly capturing the essence of the heart of the ceremony. So much so that, as the officiant, I am unaware that she is even there which I think is a perfect approach for that particular part of the wedding day! Taylors work is truly beautiful and her commitment to ensuring her couples have the best possible photography experience attention to detail and commitment to excellence makes her a standout choice for any wedding or special event. I highly recommend Taylor to couples seeking not only beautiful photographs that will serve as lasting memories, but also a stress-free, authentic, personable experience on their big day.

I am a caffeine addict who never sleeps. I love a good thunderstorm and playing Candy Crush for the brain breaks. I adore all kinds of dogs, but I have a special love for German Shepherds. My all-time favorite thing is to sit by the fire with a glass of good cabernet or watch the ocean waves hit the beach. I love to garden and to build things (but I let my husband to finish all my projects LOL). I enjoy good food and will likely refer to a stand up comedy routine at least once in a conversation. I am also a football mom, lacrosse mom and basketball mom. Wife to a very understanding husband and emotional support person for my big puppies.

I catered a wedding for which Silvia Gilbert was the wedding photographer. She communicated with everyone very clearly on timelines. She was very professional and efficient and made everyone feel at ease. I would gladly work with Silvia again.

A Charleston Wedding Photographer with a fierce love for storytelling, fostering memories and capturing those moments that you will want to treasure forever. I get to tell your story. And, I think that’s pretty cool. I love traveling everywhere and anywhere, talking with my hands, buying plants (and attempting to keep them alive), and spending as much time as I can with my loved ones. I have lived in Boston, Paris, and New York City, and am now lucky enough to call Charleston home, while also still traveling the world for my clients. You can usually find me on my back porch in downtown Charleston, right next to my favorite little park.

tldr: Jessica is amazing and I don’t think you can go wrong with her if this is the style of photos you like I had a lot of difficulty picking a photographer as I’m pretty picky with photos. I knew I wanted something bright and light, with kind of a whimsical or ethereal vibe, but it was really hard finding the style until I came across the “fine art” style. Jessica’s name came up while researching this style and I decided to reach out to her among a few other fine art photographers. I definitely hoped talks would go well with Jessica as the others I contacted ended up either not responding or were wildly out of my budget. Pre-Planning: Jessica was wonderful throughout this process. She promptly responded to my emails and answered questions clearly. I never felt like I was left in the dark for any part of the process. When I sent her the timeline of the ceremony/reception, she quickly came up with a timeline to slot in all the photos to be taken ahead of time at the location (We had access to the venue for a little over an hour prior to the ceremony). She also asked for a list of family photos that we wanted to take. This made it very easy at the wedding as she could call out people’s name to make sure everyone that was supposed to be in the pictures, were in the pictures. Jessica also sent over a list of ideas for detail shots and explained she could do this ahead of time. We didn’t want extra pictures of these and decided against it, however, I still thought it was very thoughtful of her to offer. Wedding Day: I loved her energy at the wedding. She was very calm and felt very competent. She directed my husband and I throughout the pictures, showing us poses etc. During family and wedding party photos, even though we had many bodies to fit in the frame in quite a few pictures, she led us through them with ease and the entire experience was very stress free (or as stress free as can be at a wedding lol). The venue was quite dim at specific locations, but the final results did not reflect that at all. The pictures were bright and did not look like they were taken in the dark at all. (This is a little off topic but I loved the little apron with pockets she wore for her equipment. So cute) I’m not sure when Jessica had the time, but there were pictures around the venue which were so beautiful. I definitely feel like the day was captured through the pictures. Post Wedding: Jessica sent us a sneak peak 2 days after the wedding containing 23 pictures. They turned out great and were beautiful. You can see examples on her website so I won’t elaborate, but they really are that good. The full gallery was sent almost a month after the wedding (minus 2 days) with instructions on purchasing prints or an album attached. The full download contained 650ish files, including the sneak peek pictures. Half of which were black and white, so this matched up pretty perfectly with Jessica’s estimation of the amount of photos when we spoke in the pre-planning stage.

In my 10+ years of experience documenting weddings, one thing has remained the same - I approach each wedding that I photograph with the same passion and dedication as I would document my very own. I believe that you deserve to have your day captured in a way that is as unique as you are, and you can rest assured that my combined education and tenured wedding photography experience ensures that I have both the technical and creative experience needed to truly bring your vision to life.

Brigitte is FANTASTIC and her work simply speaks for itself. I was looking for a timeless and classic photographer and I got just that. Her photos are a great mix of candid and natural, and beautifully styled, and her editing style is tough to come across (bright and colorful). I was also extremely drawn to her black and whites photos, and THRILLED!!! to have a collection of them. I feel like every single one of my photos belong in a Vogue magazine. Brigitte was great to work with - flexible and accommodating. She traveled to New York to take our engagement photos! My wedding day was a huge celebration and full of happiness and great vibes - looking back at my album put me right back on my wedding day and made me want to experience it all over again! (It's only been 3 months!) I could go on and on about specifics, but the photos really do speak for themselves. Brigitte was my #1 vendor. I have never felt as beautiful as I have on my wedding day, and now I have a million photos to remind me of it. My family and friends have all raved about the quantity and quality of my photos. I could not recommend Brigitte enough.
